Return/Cancellation Policy:

As photographic prints/images can be reproduced, NeatPictures.com does not offer returns on prints/images. Still, we stand by all of our products and we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you purchase prints/images and are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work correct the problem and make your order right.

Shipping Policy:

Prints will be shipped within 10 business days of when your order was placed and often much sooner. Although rare, sometimes orders will be delayed due to a print quality problem, thus requiring us to have your print order remade. If your order needs to be remade, we will notify you via e-mail about what has happened and when you can expect your prints.
